The Alliance of Chinese Culture & Arts (ACCA) welcomes the Asian communities from the tri-state areas to celebrate the culture, traditions, histories, and achievements of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) through the powers of sound, sight, touch, and taste.
